About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working digital marketing specialist to deliver client marketing campaigns on time and within KPIs. Our focus is on achieving low cost per leads, optimising the sales journey and reducing the overall cost per acquisition for clients to gain new members.

About You

As a digital marketing specialist (Facebook) you will be responsible for taking a campaign brief and turning it into a high performing campaign, from copywriting to creating and managing Facebook ads, as well as implementing follow-up nurture campaigns via SMS and email.

We’re especially looking for the below skills and experience.

Flawless Copywriting: You will possess outstanding copywriting skills, ensuring all produced work is free from spelling and grammar errors, and inspires potential leads to take action.

Time Management and Teamwork: You demonstrate excellent time management skills, collaborating with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within the specified KPIs.

Gym Sales Process Expertise: You have an understanding of gym sales processes and typical sales cycles, from introductory offer trials to full-paying memberships, and apply this knowledge to optimise campaign strategies.

Client-Centric Focus: You recognise and address client needs, managing their expectations throughout the campaign to ensure satisfaction and a strong working relationship.
